RA and the Beach
May 1, 2009
Did you know that it hurts to walk on the beach when you have RA? Well, it does. The sand conforms around every crevice in your foot and presses each and every one of your sore spots.
My RA started flaring this week. Super snazzy!

Ah, but nothing beats the sound of the waves crashing in, no? Best wishes that this new flare is not too intense or long.

Thanks for the kind words. While this is the worst flare I’ve had since I’ve been on meds, it’s nothing compared to how I felt pre-meds. I’m very thankful for that. Also, I’m feeling a bit better today!
